After I got out of a meeting and checked the score…

1) I picked the right game to not go to
2) 1 run losses count the same as 11 run losses
3) the whole front half of the year I worried mostly about offensive consistency, and I'm honestly a lot less worried about the offense headed into the post season
4) our pitching has the components to be excellent again., but it just feels like it's declining as we go. That's not a great thing for this time of year when we should be slowly building momentum

Just got off Zoom meeting from hell, and turned on the game…
If it's true that Dusty + FO make the lineups in the postseason, then 8/25/2023 is just as good a time to start that practice as any considering we are definitely in some* amount of danger of missing said playoff.
