He's going to end up with a 3ish WAR. That'll put him in or near the top 10 in baseball for SS.

Disappointing after last year, but stupid to say he's a marginal AAA SS.

But even in disappointment, Peña is probably going to put up a 3.0 WAR season (2.3 bWAR right now, albeit 1.6 fWAR).

I watched it twice. I don't see how that is Bregmans fault. Wong had no idea where the ball was and ran into him.

Defensively seems far worse based off eyeball test than last regular season

He's been a little worse offensively and quite a bit worse defensively. We'd all hoped he'd get better offensively and keep playing GG defense. I think its valid to not expect he was going to stay postseason-hot but still be a little disappointed at the drop off.

But he's still a good MLB SS.
