Javier has been broken all season. Framber has been crap ever since the ASB.
These issues started before they were fatigued.

I would not complain if Arighetti and Bielak took Javier's and Framber's starts this weekend. Swap them out one for the other and send one of those AAAA bats back down. The Astros may lose anyway, but at least these guys get a breather.
