I understand the frustration for Abreu but I've seen some on Twitter and maybe a couple on here celebrate and be happy about his injury and that's just weird behavior to me. The dude works hard. I'll never get that mindset from some people.

I'm not celebrating his injury, but this lineup is better with Singleton while he's hot. I'd rather Abreu not be hurt and just be a bench bat until singleton comes back down to earth

Matijevic has to feel forgotten down in Sugar Land. With all the problems at first base, and the team dying for a LH bench bat all season long, dude hasn't sniffed another chance. Not saying he deserves one, just that it's gotta be tough.

But, he can look at Singleton for a reason to keep grinding.

I love Texas Aggie sports, but I love Texas A&M more.

I want Abreu to get back to a place where he can succeed, and the only way that happens is if he rests, takes some pressure off himself, and focuses on getting his swing timing back. The back could not have been helping with that at all.
