Not gonna fault Montero for that too much tbh. He clearly looks better. With how much location/falling behind has been his problem I'm glad he challenged with a five-run lead. Sometimes Stanton just does that when he connects.

I still think Montero's stuff looks better, 97 fastball and 91-93 change up. It all comes down to his command of the fastball

Only bad thing is Dusty likes to use Pressley with a 4 run lead...if Montero could have gotten through the 8th unscathed, maybe could have gotten away with not using Pressley tonight.

Insurance run would help

I'm not even sure Stanton sees the ball.

He just swings out his ass every pitch and if he hits it then it goes a long ways.
