At what point do Murphy/Miller start catching heat for the starting staff's performance?

I'd hope that if Dusty is gone after this season, Cintron/Snitker and Murphy/Miller are all out the door with him.

1-2 or 3 of 5…I mean, most teams can lose 60% of their starting rotation and just blow it off. (80% if you include FA losses from last year)

Javier is only the plunking of Arozarena and one mistake pitch away from what honestly would've been a really strong start with all these Ks. Time to keep hitting.
