I would pass on Hendricks, but I would consider the talent exodus as part of a bigger trade alone.

I would be willing to headline a package for Cease alone with Gilbert, but you can't have 5 more premium guys on top.

If you start adding Graveman or Giolito, then the offer goes up. If you are willing to talk megatrade with Cease AND Robert, then we can talk Chas + Gilbert + France/Arrighetti + Lee + Leon + Ullola + Melton/Meyers/Julks.

Everyone knows what is on the table for us. On their side, we can match up equations with a pool of Cease, Robert, Giolito, Graveman, and Grandal. If they want even more young, controllable OF, then we can look at Eloy Jimenez as a balancing factor as well.

I still think a major wild card is Dana Brown and hia talent evaluation. He may value guys in our system very differently than Click and Co. since he didn't draft them, so there may be higher ranked prospects he is more willing to part with and lesser guys he wants to protect.

I want nothing to do with several aging White Sox players. The only ones worth considering imo are Cease, Robert and Giolito (mainly because his contract is expiring). We should not clear out the farm in an Ed Wade type deal.
