Because Maton, Abreu, and Neris are some of the most used arms in MLB. I suspect Pressly isn't far behind.

The SP situation is an incredible detriment to this team in terms of them not going deep into games.

The fact that Dusty didn't throw Montero in the 7th when we were up 9-3 is such an indictment on Dusty's ability to manage a club

Sunk cost fallacy…..

He's costing the team that regardless. The bigger issue is that he's taking space on the 40 man, when he is a liability on the mound. IR or DFA seem like obvious choices.

I blame Crane a lot more than I blame Bagwell. You don't fire the GM with no plan in place and let everyone and anyone start handing out contracts.

The problem is if Montero gave up 3 in the 7th last, Dusty would have had to use Neris, Abreu, or Pressly anyway.

Framber is the only one reliably going 7 and he tried to save the bullpen one inning.

It wasn't a stupid decision.
