Yup. Sucks, cut his fat slow chump azz.

Also ignore he draws more walks than anyone else and stats say we're better when the team has 3+ walks. He doesn't hit enough pulled hard hits! For goodness sakes he goes the other way sometimes even!

While hitting has been an issue the last two games, we can't be expected to score 10 runs to win. I've never seen a starting staff fall off a cliff like this before. What happened to CJ, Brown may just me endurance, but looks like we have Framber and French and 3 bullpen days now.

Curious what everybody is thinking in terms of "way too early" postseason thoughts.

I honestly think it's the Braves year in the NL. They have the 2019 Astros feel to them. The AL will be a crapshoot IMO. The Rays will be in the ALCS most likely.

NLCS: Braves vs Phillies
ALCS: Rays vs Astros/Orioles

AL looks like it could go Stros, Rangers, Rays or even O's

Whoever gets hot at the end of the season, because the overall talent is pretty even.

Stros could still get healthy and become the runaway

Just to play devils advocate and because it was being discussed on bias Astros flagship radio station some are saying this is Dusty's best coaching season yet. With the injuries to the pitching staff and the nagging injuries the offense has had plus Abreu's horrendous start to the tear to be only 3 games back of the rangers who've been one of the best teams in baseball it is kind of shocking.

Me personally I think it is time for Dusty to move on, but I could see how some people would want to give him credit for this team to still be in contention.

As compared to several streaming channels on youtube -- Locked on Astros, Sportsmap Houston, The Wheelhouse, etc bash Dusty on a daily basis - at least that's what it feels like.

The key to the 6 man rotation is getting length from your starters consistently because you have one less bullpen arm. Our relievers are currently on pace for meeting last year's appearance and inning counts before the regular season is 75% over. If brown and Javier can't get it together, then it further stresses the bullpen to go with the 6 man. If they can, then it obviously has huge benefits.

We could do a 5 man with six starters and rotate one to long relief each turn, excluding Framber I guess? Bielak, Javi, Brown, France, and Blanco all have experience in the BP at some level.
