They started extending him out in spring training to be a starter. It was on one of those spring training reports.

Julks keeps hitting.

I'll say it. The last 5 weeks he's upped his BB%, lowered his K% and become a solid ML hitter. He's a defensive liability but so was a Barry Bonds.
