Didn't realize Andrew Heaney was a cy young type of guy. Crazy how our offense often brings out the best in mediocre pitchers. It's a rare talent for sure.

Never because the entire organization has a collective mental break that this historically bad hitter with rapidly declining defensive metrics, worse catcher ERAs, and 0 percentile sprint speed is somehow the secret to the success they're not even having anymore.

It is quite interesting. But probably also seems to appear in heightened contrast to us after watching every "star" we have look somewhere between silly and like they don't care at all for a large majority of the ABs they have.

He's young so you've got to deal with growing pains. Says more about the guys we are putting around him that we are relying on him as a 5 hole guy. Maybe if our loser veteran catcher that our manager snuggles to bed every night was worth a **** it would take pressure of the young guys hitting in front of him.
