We have blown so many opportunities when the rangers have lost. We've had leads in those games and pissed them away. I'm sure tonight with the lineup that Dusty has put together, we will score about 2 runs.

All you need to know about Abreu is that there isn't a single 300 PA stretch where Tyler White was ever as bad as Abreu has been this season.

2023 Jose Abreu is worse than the very worst Tyler White ever was.

At his very, very worst during his last season for us, he posted a .650 OPS.

Abreu would have to hit 14 of his patented slow bat oppo singles in a row just to be as bad as TW was when everyone hated him and was calling for his head.

We all know he is bad, but I just want to make sure everyone understands exactly how bad. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say he might be the worst cleanup hitter the Astros have ever penciled into the cleanup spot.
