The way Abreu was getting around the bases I better see him leading off from now on, Dusty is an idiot
True, but part of that is because he watches too many close strike 3 pitches.Bregxit said:

That's the best play I've seen all year.
This is such a great play by Meyers and the data is A+ too.

20% catch prob.
He got a fantastic read (+8 ft better than avg) and a bonus for it being a wall ball, too. https://t.co/yJqmNHTrOM
googlefu is telling me his parents gave him the name when he was young because he was ... rowdy and rambunctious. Is there more?Hulla Baller said:
Go look up why Tellez is called "Rowdy" and you'll get a good laugh.
I agree, but that one was too close for him to watch it. And he does that a lot.Bregxit said:JPN06 said:True, but part of that is because he watches too many close strike 3 pitches.Bregxit said:

Doesn't matter the count...he has tons of bad calls against him. And taking ball 4 only to have it called strike 3 is a travesty.
Not on every count, but I think the way that played out proves that with two strikes he should be.Bregxit said:JPN06 said:I agree, but that one was too close for him to watch it. He gets screwed on calls no doubt about it, but he also takes a lot of borderline pitches on counts where he should be swinging.
He should not be swinging at a cutter 3 inches low.

That doesn't look accurate.
