I'd swap Bregman and Pena in tonight's episode of Dusty's Follies. It seems to me that Bregman got some red ass going the last time he was dropped in the lineup.

Anything that doesn't have the 36-year old slap hitter with a .350 xSLG hitting cleanup looks better than what we gave.

We have 2 hitters who are historically very good, but aren't living up to expectations. (Breggy & Abreu) Edit: Hate to group Bregman with Abreu because Alex hasn't been bad.
We have 1 hitter that has been above solidity above avg. (Pena)
The rest have been avg to below. (Avg - Jake, Dubon, Julks, Below - Maldy, Hensley) or not getting enough ABs (Diaz, Salazar, Bannon)
If I am building the lineup, here is what I do. TED & Yordan need ABs. Get them in the top 3. Fill out the rest of the top 5 with Breggy, Abreu, & Pena. You can argue about the order. Mix and match 6 thru 9, but I don't play more than 1 of Maldy, Hensley, Salazar, & Bannon in the same lineup.
As much as I think TED is a very good choice to leadoff, for now, I'm ok with Dubon staying there. I would also drop Abreu, maybe all the way to 6th, bc Pena has some actual power. They both are striking out the same. Currently I'm tempted to put Julks in front of Abreu, but I won't get too crazy.

This isn't the White Sox..Abreu needs to be towards the bottom of the order till he figures things out.
Unfortunately for that comparison, Dusty is much more Tony laRussa than, say, Kevin Cash or Hinch. (In terms of sticking to his managerial guns)
