Watching the Rangers broadcast. Their announcer is going off on the Dallas Morning News because there is no story in the paper about the Rangers shut out of the Yankees last night. It's both funny and pathetic.

Yeah, that's aggravating as hell. I love MMP and have been there 100's of times but it feels like an entirely different stadium with the roof open, in a good way, and I've only experienced that maybe 5-10 times. Most of which were in the early years.
Going to Truist Park last week with no roof at all and the temp 70 at game time and 61 by the time it ended really makes me hate roofed baseball.

I really liked the dome at the time but still remember the feeling walking outside after a game on a warm sunny spring afternoon and thinking, this isn't right. Now in the summer, that was different.

So basically it's little league politics. Maldy's dad is on the board and everyone has to play so Bannon & Salazar gets starts too. AJ wasn't perfect but I really wish he was still managing this team.
