I think if I remember correctly he's a 40 contact and 35 power on the 20-80 scouting scale, meaning he's a standard deviation worse in contact than average, and a standard deviation and a half worse in power.

He was a solid hitter in the minors last year, got brought up and produced and played through the playoffs when Dubon didn't get a single at-bat

Strike zone seems good so far. One pitch at the bottom might have been a strike, but no big misses that I've seen.
