Pitch clock starting incredibly quick. Rangers and Atl broadcast was not as fast after pitcher received the ball.

They are not showing the clock immediately but it seems the pitch clock is starting when ball leaves Maldonados hand, if not before

My guess is the pitch click will help pitchers. They can get in rhythm.
