He's had more than 1 good game. He's been pretty good for the entire month of June.
We aren't repeating unless Abreu keeps mashing. Not sure why anyone would root against him…

In April, he averaged 86.9.
It looks like whatever mechanical issue he was having is starting to be fixed because his power is returning. Kudos to the Astros hitting coaches.
I hope this is real and lasting. If he can at the very least continue to be a contributor that's gonna be a great redemption story. If he actually becomes what we thought we signed then good luck fu******!
My body is ready for Abreu .800+ OPS from here to the finish line. Hopefully that game in Toronto was his rock-bottom moment that ignited whatever it was that he needed to ignite.
