Baseball gods are fickle. ****ty pitcher becomes mother fuggin Sandy Koufax when his sub par stats are touted and mouths begin to water, or gives up HRs and hits when no other lefty has even gotten a hit.

Kaprielian was 13-14 with an ERA of about 4.20 the two years prior in Oakland, so it's not like he is totally worthless. But yeah, he's been rocked every outing except two so far this year. He made his first quality start, against the Rangers of all teams, last week so he may be figuring some things out. Point being, what's happened so far today is not a stretch given Houston's offensive struggles.
