Trying to explain the DH and Alex tonight to my bride and wanted to know when it went into affect so I looked it up. Is this right? 2022 in the NL, that's just last year.

I still hate the shift ban. I wonder if a pitcher like Brown, who basically has pitched his entire professional career with the shift, has a harder time adjusting to it.
