I'm assuming the rule is any part of the ball hits the line it's not a HR bc it looked like a majority of it cleared on the super slomo

Yeah, maybe that is a point of emphasis moving forward...let teams know that balls off the top of the wall are going to be considered in play and to run/field/throw accordingly...then, if necessary, review and award the HR
