Thanks for the clarification. Because it looked like really bad luck on the MLB app.
That bloop was so bad it doesn't even register an xBA on statcast. 72.8 mph EV and a 31 degree LA.

Would rather run the pitcher out and start facing multiple bullpen arms in game 1 of a 3 game series no matter how good they are.

Forgot about the second Yankees start, even with that outing he has hardly been garbage. What he hasn't been is elite like he was last season.

The funny thing is my original comment was because the MLB app had the ball hit as 2 ft above the strike zone and in the other batter's box right after a strike 3 called a ball, so I assumed blooper.

Turned out it was a blooper, just not as absurdly hit a I thought.

I think the strike 3 turned into a ball because of a timer violation.
