One of Ron Luciano's books in the 80s was actually a collection of short narratives by players and others involved in baseball. One of them was by Mike Easler, an Astros' draft pick in the early 70s who mostly played for the Pirates, but in 1984 was traded to the BoSox for John Tudor. Reminds me of some of the more terrible Rockies, like Jeffrey Hammonds who one year must have hit like .430 at Coors and .215 everywhere else.
