They are falling apart because the damn starting pitching. Only 2 of the 5 can consistently go 6 innings. 2 of the staters of this year got injuried and 1 expected to come back at the ASB goes out for the year.
The owner decided to fire the GM right before the offseason, a guy who was pretty good at finding talent, and no moves made to the BP. Then signs a guy who was throwing BP the entire first half of the season.
There is a lot I'm not the biggest Dusty fan, but the pitching issues go far beyond Dusty.

I know it ain't happening but if Crane wants to win and save money the least expensive move and guaranteed to work is force Dusty to retire.
One of the most important series this year
1. Dusty starts Jake Meyers - a guy with shaky defense and horrific offense, when we have a much better player in Chas that can play CF, and better options at LF as a result.
2. Dusty starts Martin GTFOffTheTeamDonaldo, an automatic out either by strike out or through the double play. Absolutely worthless spot in the lineup.
3. Dusty decides to throw Maton out there after pitching his arm off lately in a high leverage game when he has other options.
