I've always remembered his numbers took a big dive after that incident in the Domican, but he hit exactly the same the year before and after. I was surprised to see that, it seems like he never really was the same player.

He could do it all, hit, run, field. Leo Durocher compared him to Mays. He had a good, long career but nothing like we had hoped. Last year TK and blummer had him in the booth for one of the games and asked what he thought might have happened if he had played all his home games in MMP instead of the dome. Looks like MLB is gonna take over the rights and broadcast it themselves. Not sure how they will do that outside of MLB.tv though. Given the fact youtube tv pulled MLB network, i wouldn't hold my breath for that.
