Altuve won't be hurt by the scandal. He's had several really good seasons since then and he's lethal in the post-season. I'm sure some NY and LA writers will take a bull**** stand against them, but that's at least like 12-15 years away, right?
Yordan might feel young to us, but he'll be 26 in June and he doesn't even have 100 home runs in his career yet. He's got to be a big-time talent for the next 10-14 years to be HOF worthy. If he hit 30 homers a year for the next decade, he'd only be at 398. That's not making the HOF.
Really, I'd say Bregman has the best shot if he stays healthy. He's incredible on defense and he gets a lot of respect from the old-school sports media for being so patient at the plate. He's at 140 homers and he's got 2 top 5 MVP finishes. If Yordan goes strictly DH that will be another knock (pun intended) against him.
