It seems that team and Yordan disagree with the thought he needs to be a DH more. By all accounts I have read he wants to play in field and team also does.

In 2022, he had 56 games in LF, 77 at DH. I would guess that is flipped in 2023. That is why I think they go for Brantley coming back. Both play left, both need time off at DH.

Maybe, but that would still be <100 games at DH. In the past, we've used DH as a chance to give guys some rest. I doubt Click (assuming it's still him) is going to target guys without some flexibility.

Someone on the Astros media side should tweet back at this with something like..

"The Astros are interested but would have to get past the vitriol hurled at potential future teammates due to MLB throwing the organization under the bus..."

Every once in a while, I still get pissed and resentful towards MLB and especially some of the teams like Dodgers and Yankees who were especially vocal.

If they get to be picky and make snide comments about former Astros players joining their team, turnabout is fair ****ingn play.

We've talked plenty about who we want or don't want. But what players do you not want to see go to specific teams? For me, I don't want Seattle to land one of the top 4 short spots. I don't want to see JV become a Yankee. I don't want any of the top pitchers joining the Blue Jays. Outside of that, nothing else stands out to me.

I DO want to see Correa with the Yankees and DON'T want to see him with the Doyers. If that counts.

I am kind of in the same boat. I want Correa to go to one of the teams who claimed we're the biggest cheaters ever. But I like CC and I don't want to see him miserable in NY.

I'd like to see Correa go to the NL, certainly not the AL West (Seattle specifically). Same for JV, maybe he can go to Atlanta, SF, etc.

I feel that Seattle is going to go large this offseason. I think they'll sign one of the big shortstops. My prediction is either Correa or Swanson.

On the sentimental side, I really won't like seeing Yuli in a uniform that's not the Astros.

That's an added bonus I hadn't even counted. My logic was that he's going to get 8 years $250 million & my gut feeling is that once he's locked in he's going to stop playing through the minor injuries and revert to his typical 110 games per season & be a terrible value.

No idea of the accuracy, but the online sites put her net worth around 20-30 M. I wouldn't be too sure. JV probably made a bunch in endorsements over the years too. He's the face of Ford.

Yes & what I didn't think about was that those much higher estimates of her net worth probably include JVs stuff.
