I think he can. He's only a couple years younger than Yuli though. He is pretty good against RHP.

Early in his career, he played everywhere in the INF, but he's been pretty locked into 3rd for some time.

Only Sandberg has more with 7.

I think his HOF case is getting close be being wrapped up. He's 6th all-time in oWAR for 2nd baseman. Only Jackie Robinson is ahead of him with the same or fewer seasons played.

Better Postseason #s than any other 2nd baseman.

1 of 15 second basemen to ever win an MVP.

He just needs to age normally and the counting #s will be where they need to be.

Turner is still pretty dang good. Ks going up. Exit Velo going down. There are some red flags, but I would wager he's a productive player in 2023.

I don't think he's a fit. Yordan needs to be the DH for most of the year. We need someone who can play OF and/or 1B. At Turner's age, it's probably not worth the risk to teach him a new position. He's going to get offers to DH and play 3rd other spots.
