Forgive me if this is a stupid question, I don't keep up with all rule changes, but everyone keeps talking about a DH tonight. I thought when the games are played at the NL team's park they follow NL rules? Is that not the case anymore?

Shorten the time the starter is out there and use the bullpen more to keep the starters fresh with the bullpen still getting its rest day. At least that is how I am reading it

I believe they did for the Covid Season, then didn't last year. As part of lockout negotiations they made it permanent this year.

Current status doesn't matter.... AccuWeather has heavy rain for 2 more hours then about 3-5 hours of minimal off and on rain .. seems you could start a little late but who knows
