We all know the team that wins the WS gets to wear a special gold trimmed Uni on the first home date the next year. Out 2018 was home white trimmed in gold.
Do we do the Framber special (AKA Sunday Blue) of the home alternate orange?
I'm voting for the Blue. Blue and gold look way better than orange and gold.
According to the Astros transaction page, here are the players who have elected free agency:

Aledmys Diaz
Yuli Gurriel
Christian Vazquez
Rafael Montero
Jason Castro
Michael Brantley
Still in limbo:
Justin Verlander player option
Will Smith club option
Trey Mancini mutual option
Right, but buying out Arbitration years for <20 M doesn't seem great. Tucker would only need to get offered something like 3/75 after arbitration to match a 6/115 deal. When in reality, assuming no major downfalls, will get 6/150 (Springer deal) or better. So if you want to get 3 more years of prime, you have to pay for those prime years.BMX Bandit said:
That's the case with every person that has years bought out. Player takes more money now yearly rather than more overall by having to wait.

Crap I hate off days.
I posted something similar several weeks back. I think people would be against it if he was better in the postseason.BeaumontAg05 said:
May not be a popular opinion but I would let verlander walk and use the money to sign Rizzo. Nothing against JV or what he has meant to Houston, but we have 6 good young pitchers and he will cost a ton. Not sure he can hold up at 40

Come on man….
I'm going to wait til they release the posters. The "Again" cover will look great next to my framed 2017 "Champs" poster.

Do we know if anyone has ever hit a HR up over the batters eye where Yordan's landed?
I wanna say I remember Bagwell hitting one up there but not sure.
