I was surprised that Atlanta had homefield. They won 88 to LA's 106 games. I assume division Champs have priority over WC's?

Yes on division champ is always getting the home field over the WC despite what the record. The same occurs in the NFL.

Yeah, disregard everything I said above. Seems odd to me that they protect division winners to determine the pennant winner of each league but not so in the Series.

We'll never know because MLB refused to investigate (aside from the Red Sox when there was no other choice but to investigate) despite the word of several other MLB players who mentioned dubious acts from other teams while the Astros stuff broke and was going on.

But hey, if it makes you feel better to think it was only the Astros while John Smoltz says on a live national broadcast that every team was doing very similar things, then you do you friend.

Again, as many Astros fans have stated - they cheated and it was wrong.

Cheating is a part of baseball. If you cheat well enough to win a World Series, but not egregiously enough to be stripped of said World Series, that is a win.
