Tough pill to swallow but I'll take this over being a fan of all the other teams that haven't seen this success over the last 5 years. Hopes for off-season is that we take a shot at Correa, if not use the money for starting pitching. I'm not ready for this run to come to an end.

Their GM traded for their entire outfield after Acuna went down and they weren't even leading their division. That outfield did a ton of post season damage.

Same thing with the current Dodgers. Only 1 WS win (in a shortened season) despite all the pennants and $$$$ spent

Rangers still haven't won **** which makes this season somewhat successful

I've decided to blame the loss of the World Series on lance once again being made of glass. I'd call him the heel, but that's the most sturdy part of the body so it doesn't suit him well at all. Maybe though he can wear his h town vs everyone shirt all off-season only to crap out when we need him most.

Man its just another gut punch. Its just tough to stomach how good this team has been over the last 5 years and to only walk away with 1/3 WS and a dang 3-7 home record in them just sucks ass.

Gonna need to make some moves this offseason to keep the window open.

hey we had a great year, made it really far with all our pitching rotation problems, losing Lance here at the end really hurt, paying 2 guys like Verlander an Grienke all the money is killing us, we need to try and retain Correa and get rid of these two pitchers and go out and spend that money getting some starters .. I like our young guys but we need one more ace type pitcher where Verlander and Grienke have fallen off... I still dont think Verlanda comes back all the way, hes getting old

great season though, we can hang our heads high... we will get another chance if we can keep all these batters together .. hell of a lineup
