It's interesting to me that when they talk about injuries nobody brings up verlander. I mean that's as big a loss as any other team has. Add LMJ. They act like we're only down 1 pitcher

Paying his salary is the biggest aspect of all of it. We couldn't make any splash acquisitions due to paying him $33 million. Sure, we'll get some back from insurance, but it doesn't affect the cap structure.
