Maybe it works because they baseball gods are irrational and cruel, but I think throwing him in relief the other night was a really bad idea for the Soxs

I'm good with whatever tonight as long as it's a win for the Astros. I've always regretted not going to one of the WS games in 17 or 19, I want to change that next week. Plus, if we win tonight I can shift focus over to the Ag's tomorrow night.

Yup, they were down about 50 in the first half at Minnesota the other night and lost by 18. Tonight they host Oklahoma City and all of their great players like what's his name and that other guy.

It's ESPN+ but I see that Jeff Passan wrote an article about how the cheating scandal changed Alex Cora. I'm sure he is equally struck by how much the scandal changed the current astros.

We've known each other since 1st grade and watched (among other things) Billy Hatcher hit one off the left field foul pole in the 14th inning of game 6 vs the Mets in 1986 from our house on Foch St in CS during our junior year at A&M. Will be fun to get the band back together again at Minute Maid
