Huh?
They fought to tie it up.
This BP is a big pile of dog shlt with a gas can on top of it. Nothing more to it.

I wish he were mediocre. We could use some mediocre relievers.agdaddy04 said:
Raley is not mediocre. He's done a decent job outside of a few outings.
I typed "toughest" and it autocorrected to "lightest" somehow. I'm not that drunk... yetAg_07 said:
The Dodgers and Padres then the Red Sox are the easier part of the schedule?

Altuve is the guy you should be more upset with. He's the one with the high salary and should be counted on to not ever go 0-6. He had a chance to win it in the 10th and didn't.

Can't believe people are defending Raley. I know he's an Ag, but he's not good.

Padres up to 7 runs scored in the inning.
A game that was a win if Altuve doesn't help the Padres out by avoiding the HBP.
Lol it was an auto correct from toughest to lightest. I'm obviously aware of how hard this stretch of the schedule is, hence why I brought up the point. The Beef01 said:Ag_07 said:

I was about to say...there's being emotional and pissed and then there's whatever that was.

I'm not comparing players.
I want to know what on earth makes you think Raley has been great the past few outings without using ERA.
Because I agree ERs for BP are useless for reasons you mentioned but also because a pitcher may allow runs but they don't always go to his ERA.
I disagree. He's got a career ERA just under 7. What am I missing?Farmer1906 said:PSully97 said:I wish he were mediocre. We could use some mediocre relievers.agdaddy04 said:

He's the guy you want as a lefty specialist and about the 5th/6th best arm in a bullpen. We're using him in high leverage vs a bunch of righties. His stuff plays well enough and gets a bunch of Ks. He good enough to be a regular in big league bullpen.

I'm saying you can't just throw out his season ERA and say he sucks.

I respect tjack as a positive poster. If he's pissed you should take notice...

He's pissed the bullpen gave up 7 runs and is saying the defense gave up all while completely ignoring tying it up in the 10th.
He can post whatever he wants. I just don't agree they gave up when the BP goes out and gives hits away like candy in the top of the 11th.

Kind of misconstruing what I said but yeah I was probably overly critical. There were two annoying Padres fans who that entire inning were yelling in our direction non stop. For every batter that came up. So I was a little angry and probably oversimplified it.
