Talking about 40 year old guys wearing player jerseys makes me think of my dad when he would take me to games at old Colt Stadium and the Astrodome. He would wear sport shirt and slacks to Colt Stadium and would wear a sport coat to the Astrodome games. And all the men and women dressed to the nines in the mid 60's. Not so much anymore lol - I can't imagine my dad wearing a players jersey.

I get the hate but at this point I'm pretty over it. He puts out good baseball content for a sport that lacks in that area overall.

Just checked: Final Cubs 5 Pirates 3

So yes, with baez scoring on a single in the next ab, the pirates lost by the two runs scored that inning after an easy force out at 1st should've ended it.

Batter-runner cannot retreat towards home in softball. Automatic out. I'm surprised that's not a rule in baseball.

Not really sure why it should be, though, just that the two sets of rules are generally in agreement on most things.
I love Texas Aggie sports, but I love Texas A&M more.
