And even if you count the little hesitation the 1b did before tossing it, it looks within 3' to me.
So IIRC the team basically thought he was done for the year. Framber is the one who took on a second opinion and got the much more favorable outcome.

I don't believe it was Framber going and getting that on his own. I think the initial report was that he was likely done for the year. It's one of the reasons we got Odo. But Framber recovered much quicker than anyone expected. The second opinion took forever.Mathguy64 said:

How many innings do we think Framber goes tonight realistically? His final rehab start went as follows:
4 IP, 2 H, 0 ER, 2 BB, 2 K, 54 pitches
I'd think getting him through 5 innings and about 70 pitches would feel like a big win.

If you get 55-60 pitches out of him it's a win. Hopefully that's more than 3 innings. Our starters have had a disturbing habit of getting a 30 plus pitch inning hung on them early on.
Let's hope we get 2020 Framber. He threw strikes.

Put Brantley on the IL retroactively. Let him rest. Call up Toro (he can play OF right).
It's time for Click to open up a roster spot so Siri or Dawson can get a shot. Even if it's just as a 4th OFer. We can afford to have no experience if Brantley is out longer or if something happens down the road.

Rookie numbers. I expect 81 pitches, 9 innings, 27 K
Toro is just coming off the IL himself. I imagine if they needed to call someone up, it'll be Garcia since he can play corner outfield. Diaz can play out there, and I think Stubbs has some history playing out there. Also, Jones has subbed into LF this last weekend.Farmer1906 said:

Framber alert at MMP
Brantley seems to be settling into a 400 AB's per year kind of guy
It's Yordan we should all be worried about. All he does is hit. He's got bad knees and now his wrist hurts. He's missed a lot of games for a guy his age.
And what age is that?
