Yordan becomes more valuable with a "deader" ball. His homer rate shouldn't diminish because he hits them all 20 rows deep.
Might effect Bregman, Yuli and Altuve a bit. They hit those 2 row deep Crawford box shots a lot

Between Brantley, Tucker, & Yordan there will be very few available ABs at a corner OF or DH spot.

Wearable contract tracing devices. Fancy way of saying "ankle monitor".
Can't wait for the hot takes about how the Astros are using them as buzzers to steal signs.Mathguy64 said:

Frontline workers, the elderly, and those otherwise at higher risk are still in the process of getting vaccinated. People wanting to be entertained without interruption is not a valid reason for baseball players (or any athlete for that matter) to jump the line.CFTXAG10 said:
Might be an unpopular opinion, but time for the commissioners to nut up and allow the players to get vaccinated. They were the first to get their hands on rapid testing. They could have all teams/players willing to take it actually get it taken care of before the season even starts. Hell, do it on-site in Florida.
So they are predicting the Astros to have the top offense in the AL this year even after losing Springer and having Straw starting in CF? I'll take that all dayFarmer1906 said:

We have projections.
A few thoughts:
I think 93 is a fair # for us and should be plenty to win the division, like it shows.
The NL West top two is sick. Much like us and the As in 18 & 19, it's a really good team and a really really good team. Sucks that SD is going to have to play in wild card game.
The NL Central is garbage.
Yankees are overrated even when it comes to a computer projection.
White Sox are getting slept on.
Angels pitching better than our pitching is very head scratchyFarmer1906 said:
Feels disrespectful to have us give so many run though. Our pitching and defense is plenty good to be top half of the AL.
I guaran-damn-tee you most of the star players have already been vaccinated.bluefire579 said:Frontline workers, the elderly, and those otherwise at higher risk are still in the process of getting vaccinated. So just have all the healthy 20-30 yr old athletes skip the ones who might actually need it....or better yet, why bother if the vaccine is so worthless you can still get the virus, still spread it and still have to socially distance and wear a maskCFTXAG10 said:

What makes you think he has any interest in playing a limited role coming off the bench for someone at pennies on the dollar?
So they are trying to figure out who they are in contact with while at the game or in the stadium? That makes no sense.YNWA_AG said:Mathguy64 said:
