I know they have to try the rehab route first, but I just wish they could've started JV's rehab when the issue first arose, not after waiting 6 (ish) weeks. It probably doesn't make any difference at all, but it would have made me feel like he had more of a chance to be back for the post season next year.

As I understand it this was a new/different issue

I know this is a Homer pick but I am watching several players starting to hit at the end of the season.. I think the Twins are the toughest match up for the Stros. If we can get pass them then both the As (3W/7L) and Rays are two team that the Stros match up very well against in my dreams.
Sadly, we don't match up w/ the Padres and I expect us to get thump in the World Series.

Postseason in general? 8.
I love postseason baseball.
IMO (in a typical sports year) October is the best month of the year because we get postseason MLB and college football is revving up the conference schedules.

Now .... the Astros chances? 5
My feelings on this postseason are similar to what I felt going into 2015 or 2017 October. Happy to be there and since we hadn't won a title yet, I just wanted us to not get bounced round one and play well.

I am at a solid 7-8. I hope the mindset of the team is that the records are out the window now. Everyone has to play a 3 game set where anything can happen. Take it one game at a time, and prove the haters wrong.

It could be way off base, but I just have a feeling this team will respond now that the stakes are so high. We have been here before.
