In his defense it's pretty annoying to have RoidRod asking you questions while you're focusing on playing CF.redline248 said:
That was a boring player interview. I mean, they usually are, but that was particularly awful.

Why the hell do they agree to it? Seems even worse for Correa. A lot more action at ss than cf.
They did that in Spring Training. I remember watching Freddie Freeman doing it one time.Cromagnum said:htxag09 said:Harry Dunne said:In his defense it's pretty annoying to have RoidRod asking you questions while you're focusing on playing CF.redline248 said:

Next they'll try it while someone is batting. LOL
Arod was actually pausing when the pitch was coming to not distract Carlos. I think it was the other play by play guy that was just blathering on to the dodger guy. I wasn't really paying attention to that, but he seemed really annoyed to be doing it.htxag09 said:Harry Dunne said:In his defense it's pretty annoying to have RoidRod asking you questions while you're focusing on playing CF.redline248 said:

A former SI writer, I think Rick Riley, did an interview with Sosa and when he asked him about roids Sosa stopped speaking English and got all pissedMathguy64 said:cap-n-jack said:

I don't think there is any doubt.

It was a set up job. Reilly interviewed Sammy in the dugout, got Sammy to deny ever taking roids and would have no problem getting tested. So Reilly says - good, I have one scheduled right now, let's go get it done and prove you're clean - Sosa went nuts.
