I still say we trade for a guy like Moreland. We can't rely on Toro, Stubbs and Straw as DH bats in the postseason.

We traded away some prospects (thinking Moran and Beer, maybe, I don't know), so Yordan might be the last of the hitters coming up through the system for a while.

It's dumb for the Rockies. They where at home this past weekend vs Texas. Flying to Houston for a 2 games of a 4 game series seems unnecessary

once we get the outfield healthy seems like Tucker and Reddick will be playing every day. No way we can DH toro, mayfield, straw on a consistent basis.
How TF are this guys knees that messed up? Was it an all of sudden thing, or did we somehow miss this during his physical? I mean if he just stands there and belts HRs he doesn't have to run.
If we are able to actually do anything this season with the injuries, it will be amazing.

How the hell did we not know he had a partially torn patellar tendon? His knee had been hurting forever.
