Think that is allowed? I kind of figure, once you opt-out, you're out.mathguy86 said:
So if the Nationals make the playoffs I wonder if Zimmerman would beg to come back and play.

Are you factoring TED's 30-30 season in only 60 games?Marvin said:

Three things that will drastically change the Astros chances given the very short year:
- Bregman (slow starter) and Springer (prone to extended slumps) playing to their yearly averages
- Correa playing 52+ games
- Verlander and McCullers ready to go
If those happen, I could see flirting with 40 wins unless Dusty eases off the pedal to prep for the playoffs.

There was a ban on position players pitching?
Quote:
Position Players Pitching: Any player may appear as a pitcher following the 9th inning of an extra inning game, or in any game in which his team is losing or winning by more than six runs when the player enters as a pitcher.
Must be nice in such a horrible workplace that you can afford to walk away from $5+million dollars and not worry about where you next meal is going to come from or how to pay your bills.cpsencik04 said:
