Who cares about the pitchers tomorrow? I'm a lot more worries about the fact that our team has forgotten how to score runs at home
Theirs didn't at home either. It's just been a really weird series for home offenses.

Once again, Astros batters are trying to pull everything. If Nats win game 7, it might be the biggest choke in WS history.

With almost every other Stros team in my lifetime I'd throw in the towel completely right now. I give us a 25% shot. Feels weird to be able to believe in one of my sports teams.

Scherzer is going to go the distance tomorrow too.
The guy literally couldn't pick up his arm two days ago and had his wife dress him. I wouldn't call that rested.
Exactly....these 2 teams have the same record since mid May...most of the season. And the Nats did it against MUCH better competitionWeekend Commuter said:eATMup-Reveille said:

Why is it a "choke" if we lose to Srasburg and Scherzer? Sometimes you just get beat. Choke is the most overused word in all of sports. Choke is Oilers vs Bills. Choke is Red Sox vs Mets. If we blow a 3 run lead tomorrow by committing errors and walking batters then okay that's a choke.
Oh. In that case you're an optimistBoo Weekley said:Sid Farkas said:55-45 in our favorBoo Weekley said:

So how did we crush so many pitches in the first inning then look helpless from then on?
He settled in and stopped throwing his fastballs down the middle.

I love baseball but I'm so thankful tomorrow is the final game. My stress level is max capacity. October is a grind when your team is making a run. 5 nights a week.

Cole has to be available for an inning or 2 tomorrow right?
All hands on deck tomorrow. Plenty of time to rest after tomorrow night.
(But I'm still thinking some epic magic tonight.)
Starting in the 5 spot?
