He was looking for something low and inside instead...I realize he has drilled that pitch historically, but only if it's on the edge of the zone

These pitchers have just figured out he'll swing at it extremely low and inside

He should close his eyes at delivery to ensure he doesn't swing. Just bat on the shoulder and if it is a 3 pitch strike out, so be it. But they don't offer in the zone and everything is in the dirt. Glue the bat to your shoulder

One of the most frustrating things of this series is the missed opportunities to put them away. Numerous chances in multiple games we've had the potential to put the nail in the coffin early and haven't done it.
