I'm not saying that based on the homerun ... I'm saying that based on his postseason experience and that he's a better fielder than Tucker. Especially given tucker hasn't done anything this postseason offensively


Tucker has had a hit and a walk and nearly hit a HR

He hasn't gotten as much playing time as Reddick. Again, outside of the single HR Reddick hasn't shown anything we weren't already expecting.

Also, Tucker is just as good defensively if not better because he's quicker. He hasn't shown any problems in the field

People talking about benching Yordan?? I admit he looked bad the first few games with too many strikeouts, but he hit over 300 against the Rays, and has looked better so far today. His first groundout was hit at 113. As long as he doesn't look lost, keep him in and he will figure it out. An 0-13 isn't that big of deal in the regular season. Also it's not like he is keeping anyone you want in the lineup on the bench.

All this talk about the Yankees shift. A couple of weeks ago somebody here posted a graph that showed how each major-league team did with their shift, how many hits prevented and hits given up due to the shift. The Yankees were the only team to have allowed more hits then they saved with their shift.
