Only the second pitch to Bregman was outside the zone and it didn't miss by much. The rest were strikes on statcast.

Bregman seems to be neutering himself with these constant takes early in the count

He's awesome enough he can still scratch out a .300+ average and good OBP but you gotta feel the XBH and HRs are going to plummet if he's constantly battling 0-2 counts

Honestly the same with Yordon it feels like (except he's striking out instead of grinding out hits)

No it wasn't. The first strike was in off the outside edge and nowhere close to high.

Seriously y'all need to open baseballsavant or statcast. They were not bad calls.

Yep. Reddick offered a great template for how to hit him. Wait for the hanging breaking ball and then mash it out of the park.

Cole with a grinder strikeout there to keep the clean inning... Still doesn't have his best stuff and is already over 50 pitches. Would be thrilled to get 6 IP of scoreless ball from him.
