That's tough for Springer after strike 1 on the black. Fought back and fouled some off, but worked his pitch count up a bit at least.

Chapman Was one of their few bullpen guys that has actually been executing their pitches, unfortunately. We had plenty of chances on mistake pitches against the rest, no mistakes by Chapman. We would have had to hit a great pitch to score.

Need Smith to keep them shut down
