We can't catch a break with the bats. Part of that is Tanaka, but there's a lot of near misses, and that's just baseball.

Love when the announcers talk about how a guy just served it out into right field like he meant to do it. He was fooled and got a lucky bloop single. Credit him for not swinging and missing.

But good lord, we need our starters to go 8.

Pressly has a good battle with Torres and that final pitch was a good one, he just shot it in there, something our offense hasn't been able to do.

Altuve, Bregman, and Alvarez all hit over .300 versus the Rays. Altuve and Bregman has over 1.000 OPS. What are you expecting from those guys?

Said it before and I'll say it again: We're going as far as JV and Cole take us. Still control our own destiny with those two in this series. People thought our offense would be able to win us games in the playoffs. Nope. They are very easily neutralized. If we win it all, it's because JV and Cole carried us.

The dofference is the teams we have played aren't swinging for bombs. They are just going for contact. Our guys seemed to have stopped doing that and it shows with the scores lately.
