Osuna isn't cocking it up here because he's tired from facing one batter in the 8th.

I don't disagree about Harris in the 8th, but it's the playoffs, everybody has to do a little extra. Cole just threw his career high number of pitches.
It's not being tired, it's the adrenaline.
I agree with the sentiment about not changing the way you manage, but he has had plenty of rough outings regardless of not ever pitching the 8th.

hard to tempt batters when you're routinely throwing obvious balls in the dirt. He needs to throw borderline strikes (that may be balls), not this nonsense wasted pitches
