JVs long toss is him standing in CF and throwing to the catcher on the RF line. It's like a LFer throwing home on a play at the plate. He does one little crow hop and throws a line BB right to the mit.

I remember watching him at the Rangers game way back in April with seats in left field and was amazed at his long toss, it was very impressive.
